I was really looking forward to using my gift card from Christmas for a massage and facial, but unfortunately I left feeling disappointed. The massage had very light pressure and wasn’t relaxing, and the facial felt rushed. Products were applied and removed quickly with hot towels, at the end a very oily product was left on my skin, and there was no facial massage included. The facial was something I could have done myself at home. I was hoping for a more relaxing and thorough experience. The staff were kind, but the service didn’t meet my expectations.
I received a gift certificate/ package for Christmas. Last night I used one of the services in the package: 60 minute non-RMT massage. Erica did an amazing job! I can’t wait to book the rest of my services. Also shout out to the front desk staff for still providing exceptional customer in light of technical difficulties.
I wish I could give a higher rating because the spa itself is very beautiful and calming. The staff is friendly and nice but I wenr for a massage by an RMT and it was terrible. I asked for deep pressure and it wasn't strong at all. It also felt like she wasn't doing anything, like no actual massage, literally just some pressured rub on my back, a couple times she would poke her finger into my back and go so slow. I don't actually know how they can say it's even a massage. Extremely disappointed and they need to train the staff on massage techniques
